In 2018, I joined Pinkeshe foundation to work for menstrual hygiene . This was the beginning of my social work journey. My Interest in Ramp modeling and photo shoots is a testament to my creative spirit and passion for the arts. My skills in dance, drawing and crafts also highlight my artistic talents and willingness to explore new avenues of expression. Although I hadn’t any acting experience yet, my versatility and willingness to learn suggest that I am open to trying new things and expanding my horizons. In addition to my creative pursuits, I have also been actively involved in social work and community service. My experience teaching underprivileged children and girls until 12th grade demonstrates my dedication to helping others and making a positive impact on society. By volunteering with NGOs and organizing distribution drives and competitions to promote education, I have shown that anyone can make a difference in their community, regardless of their circumstances. As I have a degree in M.Com. My educational qualifications are a testament to my commitment to personal and professional growth, despite facing obstacles along the way. Irfana Zargar, also known as pad woman of Kashmir, is a social activist with a focused work on women menstruation hygiene and domestic violence. Her work has been reported by various national and international media houses. She not just donates sanitary napkins to women in Kashmir but also facilitate authorities with innovative measures to maintain mensutral hygiene in government departments. She’s quite vocal about women and youth rights in Kashmir and help women with awareness on domestic violence. She’s a recipient of Iron Lady award in 2022 by Congress party in J&K and wonder woman of india 2023

I am a doctor by profession belongs to the place where the girls are still not allowed to study ,though being the eldest of 4 daughters my father stood with me always and allowed me to study and persue my dreams...a lot of people opposed it but he was with me only and made me to be a doctor..I got married but my in laws were against my job and studies ,never cooperated me ,they left me for the same reason and sent divorce to me just becoz I wanted to be complete further studies....I opposed but no one listened...when a girl is educated she educate 3 families ,her own, her in laws and the new generation but people still dont understand in our community,,I faced a lot of blames still my family was with me and I persued my postgraduation and appointed as an Officer in Health department looking after the government programmes....Its really important for the the girls to be independent and educated and independent so that atleast they can do best for themselves and also for the society.

I was married at 18 but I pursued my education. I struggled immensely to study . Household work , pregnancy and studies were difficult but not impossible. After completing my studies I started teaching in a girl's school. Bookish knowledge was not my aim. I wanted to empower my daughters and students. Body shaming troubled many students of mine . I had experienced it too. Hence , at the age of 60 I participated in a Beauty Paegent and won M4s Pink City Voguestar 2023 and Mrs Rajasthan Voguestar 2023 to prove to my students that Beauty is skin deep. I will empower girls till my last breath.
